The hotel provided a comfortable stay with good rooms, although better pillows and sheets wouldn't hurt. The service was outstanding, with quick, helpful, and friendly staff. The location was well-maintained and inviting, offering various activities for guests, though some areas needed better maintenance. The dining experience was pleasant, especially with the homemade jams. Overall, a decent value for money option with a few areas for improvement.

The hotel rooms badly need updating and were noisy, but the lobby and view were nice. I'd suggest fixing the plumbing issues or lowering the rates. The hotel should consider renovations or offer a deep discount during stays.

The location was amazing, easily accessible, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding nature, but the subpar rooms standard didn't match up.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the location was not ideal with some issues. The dining was fine but overpriced. The service was fantastic, and the facilities were decent.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfy, but the distance from the central lobby was a bit inconvenient. There were some cleanliness issues like a dirty shower door, water spots, and an old stain on the carpet.
Service

The service was very helpful and accommodating, but there was a delay in being attended to as the staff finished their ongoing conversation first.

Dining
5.0
The dining experience was decent with in-house bakery goods, but the pricing was not justified for the quality offered.

The hotel had various facilities like room service, dry cleaning, and shops, but it fell short in some areas, such as the need for room movie watching due to cable issues.
